
Job Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for leading, developing and executing learning & development projects at a central level by leveraging contemporary best practices in the space of L&D.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive learning for key enterprise projects as the central Learning Partner
- Execute projects by designing & executing interventions aligned to business objectives (TNA, TNI)
- End to end ownership of projects, build operating efficiencies through analytics, budgeting, vendor management.
- Engage and interact with client constituencies across levels, HR leaders, HR business partners, and training leads at functional levels.
- Engage with vendor partners for the key projects, ensure adherence to project timelines and payment processes
- Visiblize impact and adoption of interventions via regular client hours and report outs to key stakeholders

Our Requirements:
- Should be atleast a graduate, post-graduation preferred
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in HR, learning & development.
- Preferably from BFSI industry, with at least 5 years in core L&D work
