Senior Manager - Learning & Development
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Learning and Development with 8+ years of experience to lead and shape our talent strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in designing and implementing L&D initiatives, managing talent, and fostering a culture of continuous feedback and performance.
This role is crucial for building future-ready skills and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development Strategy:
- Identify learning needs and design comprehensive L&D roadmaps.
- You will create structured learning journeys for IT/Digital, Analytics, and other functions, leveraging digital and blended learning platforms like LXP and LMS.
Strategic Talent Management:
- Lead the design and execution of integrated talent strategies aligned with business priorities.
- This includes managing talent reviews, running assessment centers, and driving succession planning for critical roles.
Performance Culture Enablement:
- Institutionalize feedback mechanisms, such as 360-degree feedback, to drive a continuous feedback culture.
- You will use insights from employee feedback to enhance performance and managerial effectiveness, partnering with Business HR to embed these practices.
Skills:
Strategic & Managerial:
- Strong Strategic HR Thinking and Organizational Design skills.
- Expertise in Program & Project Management.
- Ability to conduct Data Analytics & Insights-based Decision Making.
Communication & Interpersonal:
- Excellent Influential Communication & Storytelling skills.
- Proven ability in Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnering.
Technical & Creative:
- High comfort with digital tools and platforms, including PowerBI.
- Creativity in HR Design & Content Development.
Experience & Education:
Experience:
- A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in Learning and Development, Strategic Talent Management, or a related field.
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
