Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure

Educations Experience:

Strong experince in Azure Cloud services, migration, managing Azure projects is a must have.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.

- 8-12+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3-5 years in leadership or management roles.

- Experience working with or reporting to global teams, especially in US-based organizations.

Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, endpoints, and cloud platforms including Azure, and AWS.

- Experience with ITIL processes and service management(e.g., incident, problem, and change management).

- Familiarity with enterprise systems(ERP,HRIS,CRM),preferably within healthcare or lifesciences environments.

- Understanding of privacy and security frameworks(e.g.,HIPAA,ISO27001).

- Leaderships Management

- Proven experience managing teams of 3-10+ IT professionals, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.

- Ability to work effectively across time zones and in a global delivery model.
