Senior Manager - Investment Research

This is a front-office investment role involving growth equity origination, due diligence, financial modelling, and performance monitoring across diverse sectors and geographies.

Location - Mumbai.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct macroeconomic and market research for external risk evaluation.

- Analyse financials, unit economics, and business models of potential investees.

- Build robust financial models with sensitivity/scenario analysis.

- Prepare investment memoranda and present to the Investment Committee.

- Monitor ongoing portfolio performance and conduct periodic valuations.

Requirements :

- 3-7 years of experience in growth equity, private equity, or investment banking.

- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, corporate finance, and accounting.

- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.

- Exposure to ESG investing, sustainability frameworks, and impact measurement.

- Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Proficiency in Excel; Power BI is a plus.
