Senior Manager- Insurance Operations- Life or Health Insurance- 10+ Years - Gurugram We are looking for a specialist with Excellent communication skills and at least 10 years of experience in Insurance Operations, Policy Management, (Policy Servicing/ Policy Renewals/Policy Issuance) Compliance, Grievances & Governance, preferably from Life & Health Insurance industry. Managing day-to-day insurance operations & liaise with the clients on a daily/weekly basis and ensure contractual deliverables are met. 2. Managing a group of First Line Managers and is primarily responsible for delivering SLAs and schedule for tasks performed. 3. Driving team performance, KPI management, reporting, absenteeism, attrition, etc. 4. Handling day to day operations with focus on coaching, recognition, performance management and analysis including data trends and drivers. 5. Managing customer/client escalations effectively as per guidelines. 6. Interacting regularly with the clients to share updates, manage operational reviews. Requirements: 1. Having 10yrs+ experience in Insurance Operations 2. Detailed knowledge of operational processes in Life/Health insurance industry 3. Professional certification in privacy (e.g., CIPP, CIPT) is highly desirable 4.
