Job Summary:

ICICI Prudential AMC is seeking an experienced and driven professional for the role of Senior Manager Institutional Sales based in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing institutional client relationships, including pension funds, insurance companies, and corporates, with a strong focus on mutual funds and PMS sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, acquire, and manage institutional clients such as pension funds, endowments, insurance firms, and corporates

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive AUM growth and increase market share

- Promote investment products, especially mutual funds and PMS, to institutional clients

- Monitor market trends, gather client feedback, and identify new business opportunities

- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations

- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines and provide timely internal reporting

- Collaborate with internal teams to support client requirements and post-sale engagement

Requirements:

- 8 to 14 years of recent experience in institutional sales, preferably within the asset management or mutual fund industry

- Deep understanding of financial products, especially mutual funds and PMS

- Strong sales and relationship management track record in the institutional segment

- NISM VA and NISM Series XXI-A certifications are mandatory

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Stable employment history with consistent career progression

- Must currently reside in Delhi or have strong networks in the region
