Senior Manager - Institutional Sales & Corporate Gifting


- We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Manager to spearhead our Institutional Sales & Corporate Gifting initiatives.


- This role demands a results-oriented leader with a proven ability to acquire and manage enterprise-level clients, drive substantial revenue growth, and establish strategic partnerships.


- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, exceptional relationship management skills, and a track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Management & Acquisition:

- Acquire and manage enterprise-level accounts, focusing on developing and implementing tailored payment solutions and corporate gifting strategies.

- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders within the payments and corporate gifting landscape.

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market analysis and industry insights.

Revenue Growth & Portfolio Expansion:

- Drive significant revenue growth through the acquisition of high-value clients and the expansion of existing portfolios.

- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing substantially to overall business profitability.

- Focus on upselling and cross-selling additional services through strategic deals, promotions, and loyalty programs.

Payment Solutions Expertise:

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of payment solutions, including EDC machines, QR codes, digital payments, and corporate cards.

- Manage and optimize payment gateway integrations and ensure seamless post-sales support.

- Collaborate with product development and IT teams to provide customized solutions and address technical challenges.

Relationship Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, finance controllers, and key decision-makers at client organizations.

- Build and maintain strong networks with internal and external stakeholders, including product, operations, and IT teams.

- Ensure smooth client onboarding and operational excellence.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving data-driven decision-making.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations to update management on sales progress and market trends.

Corporate Gifting Strategy:

- Develop and implement corporate gifting programs that are innovative and successful.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

- 8-12 years of experience in institutional sales, strategic account management, and corporate gifting, preferably within the payments or financial services industry.

- Proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise-level clients and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of payment solutions, corporate cards, and the broader financial ecosystem.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.

- Proven experience in growing GMV.
