About the Role:
Our client, a fast- growing Consumer Internet company, is looking for a high- energy Inside Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and team performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end- to- end sales closures, managing a team of inside sales professionals, and implementing strategies to maximize conversions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage an Inside Sales team (5+ members) to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Own the end- to- end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Drive high- quality customer interactions through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and optimize sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to streamline lead generation and sales operations.
- Utilize CRM tools for tracking sales performance, reporting insights, and ensuring a data- driven approach.
Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 5 years of team management experience (minimum 5+ team members).
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast- paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close high- value deals.
- Experience in Inside Sales within the EdTech industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data- driven decisions.
