Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager - Sales to lead and grow our inbound sales function for the North America market. The ideal candidate will have experience managing sales across more than one North American country (e.g., US + Canada, US + Mexico) and possess strong leadership capabilities, including managing managers.
Key Requirements
- Proven inbound sales experience in the SaaS product domain.
- North America market exposure covering multiple countries.
- Strong track record in team leadership, including managing managers.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic sales planning skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8-12 years of progressive sales experience.
