We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR leader who can drive people strategy while rolling up their sleeves on execution. If you thrive in startup/fast-paced environments and have a strong background in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Policy Development, and Team Leadership - this role is for you!
What Youll Do?
- Oversee HR operations & compliance including onboarding, payroll coordination, and HRIS implementation.
- Design and implement HR policies & processes that scale with growth.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to build a high-performance function.
- Champion a strong startup culture of agility, ownership, and innovation.
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals & drive DEI initiatives.
What Were Looking For?
- 8-12 years of HR experience, including 3-4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Recruitment, HR Operations & Policy Development.
- Prior experience in startup/fast-growth environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and compliance knowledge.
