Job Title: HR -Senior/Manager.

Location: Bengaluru (Rajajinagar) Office-based.

Job Summary:


We're seeking a seasoned HR leader with 5-10 years of experience in handling HR functions, preferably in recruitment or a similar industry.

You should have a proven track record in HR leadership roles and experience in setting up HR processes from scratch in greenfield projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to drive business growth.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.

- Manage employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration to ensure employee satisfaction.

- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and drive organizational growth.

- Set up HR processes for greenfield projects or similar experience.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Recruitment Expertise:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing channels.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify best-fit candidates.

- Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes to meet business needs.

Compliance Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, including the Industrial Disputes Act, Shops and Establishments Act, and other relevant regulations.

- Experience with PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.

- Familiarity with labor law amendments and updates.

- Ability to conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment or a similar industry.


- Experience in setting up HR processes in greenfield projects.

- Proven track record in HR leadership roles.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
