1. HR Strategy & Business Partnering

- Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership, offering expert guidance on people strategies that drive organizational success.

- Support the rollout of the new HR roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with business objectives and long-term goals.

- Convert business needs into actionable HR programs across organizational design, talent development, and employee engagement.

2. Performance & Talent Management

- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the new Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring fairness, consistency, and a growth-oriented culture.

- Drive annual talent reviews and succession planning to build a robust leadership pipeline.

- Establish and embed career paths and development frameworks across all roles to support employee growth and retention.

3. HR Analytics & Systems Management

- Maintain and enhance HR dashboards to monitor key metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, time-to-fill, performance trends) and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

- Use data analytics to identify workforce trends and inform strategic decisions related to talent, culture, and operational efficiency.

- Oversee and optimize the Human Resources Management System (HRMS), ensuring data accuracy and maximizing automation and reporting capabilities.

- Continuously improve core HR operations for efficiency, compliance, and scalability.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

- Handle complex and sensitive employee relations matters with empathy, fairness, and a solution-oriented approach.

- Analyze feedback from surveys and other channels to design and implement targeted engagement initiatives.

- Promote a culture of transparency, high performance, and accountability across the organization.

5. Team Leadership & Development

- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and continuous learning.

- Provide coaching, guidance, and hands-on training to elevate team capabilities and strengthen the overall HR function.
