Role Description

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Surat.

- The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the HR department, overseeing recruitment and selection processes, developing and implementing HR policies and programs, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

- The role also involves performance management, talent development, and strategic HR planning to support the company's growth and objectives.

Qualifications

- Experience in recruitment, selection, and talent acquisition.

- Knowledge of HR policies, programs, and labor laws.

- Skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

- Experience with talent development and strategic HR planning.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work on-site in Surat.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
