Senior Manager - HR
We are seeking a dynamic and execution-focused HR Manager to handle core transactional and generalist responsibilities across the HR function. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and has prior experience in mid-sized to large organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, etc.
- Administer and optimize HRMS platforms for accurate employee data management and reporting.
- Drive implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures across departments.
- Support the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle including goal setting, reviews, and documentation.
- Coordinate compliance with statutory requirements and internal audit processes.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between employees and leadership on HR-related matters.
- Support training coordination, employee engagement activities, and grievance handling.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in an MNC or process-driven organization.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, employee documentation, and HR analytics.
