Senior HR Manager
Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore
Experience: 4-8 Years
Must-Have:
- At least 4 years of experience with Tech and NON Tech roles and handling all Recruitment process.
- Hands on experience about HR Tools and ATS systems etc.
JD:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
- Lead training, development, and leadership programs
- Manage HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Handle conflict resolution and foster a positive work culture
- Collaborate with leadership to shape organizational growth strategies
- Optimize HR operations through process automation and innovation
- Lead HR team performance and mentor junior HR professionals
- Advance in Payrolling.
Education:
- MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred) from a reputed institute
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement
- Experience in HR analytics, compensation & benefits, and leadership development
- Proficiency in HRMS, ATS tools, and HR automation
- Experience in Team Handling
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking
