- Lead and manage end-to-end HR Operations tech stack (HRIS, payroll platforms, compliance tools, etc.)
- Drive and execute special projects and initiatives that enhance HR efficiency, automation, and compliance
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and digitization within HR Ops
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to implement HR tech solutions
- Ensure seamless project delivery, drive initiatives, and ensure audit readiness
- Lead or contribute to transformation programs such as HR shared services setup, system migrations, or automation initiatives
- Monitor market trends and bring in relevant tech and best practices into HR
- Handle a small team and manage project-specific resources
- Deliver clear, structured communication to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely execution
