Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for managing Corporate HR operations and will supervise the payroll, compliances, Onboarding, audits, diligence and other operational matters with the help of central HR team. He/she will also handle the role of HR business partner for the assigned centres/business
- To oversee HR operations including Payroll, attendance, compliances, HRMS, documentation, disciplinary and governance issues.
- Custodian of the policies and work closely with the HRBPs/HR team to ensure that all processes are well taken care of from HR perspective.
- To drive regular internal audits of the documents and personnel files to ensure that all documents and trackers are timely updated.
- Smooth alignment of complete employee life cycle from joining to exit.
- To be well versed with the statutory and legal compliance of HR as per prevailing guidelines.
- To work closely with the MIS team for cost reconciliation and monthly reports.
- To work closely with HOD in annual activities like Manpower planning, Budgeting, Annual operating plan and Performance management.
- To handle all corporate audits and work on process improvement plan.
- Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary process, while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
