Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our Bancassurance division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives. The successful candidate will oversee a span of approx. 450 employees and be responsible for various HR functions. This position emphasizes stakeholder management and involves handling tasks from onboarding to exit, performance management, talent management, employee productivity, and attrition projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to the Bancassurance leadership team by understanding their business goals and challenges. Provide expert HR advice and solutions that align with the companys objectives. Partnering with the local leadership, the business partner offers insights on how HR can contribute to business success.
2. Performance Management (PMS): Focus on the implementation and execution of performance management systems, ensuring that managers are equipped to handhold new employees through the 30-60-90 day onboarding process. Facilitate regular check-ins and support for new hires to help them acclimate and succeed. Ensure that managers are driving and monitoring key performance metrics for sales force employees, providing guidance and feedback to help them achieve their targets. Collaborate with managers to set clear performance expectations and provide tools and resources to support continuous improvement.
3. Talent Management: Focus on identifying, developing, and retaining top talent within the organization. Implement succession planning and career development programs to ensure a pipeline of future leaders. Facilitate training and development workshops to enhance employees skills and capabilities. Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans for high-potential employees.
4. Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience from onboarding to exit. This includes conducting thorough onboarding sessions to integrate new hires, managing employee transitions, and facilitating smooth offboarding processes. Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are adhered to throughout the employees tenure.
5. Employee Productivity Projects: Lead initiatives aimed at improving employee productivity and engagement. This includes conducting surveys to gather feedback, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing targeted interventions. Develop and promote programs that enhance work-life balance, employee well-being, and overall job satisfaction.
6. Attrition Management: Analyze attrition rates and identify underlying causes of employee turnover. Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce attrition and enhance employee loyalty. This may include conducting exit interviews, tracking trends, and creating initiatives to address any identified issues.
7. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including managers, employees, and external partners. Ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with business needs and effectively communicated across the organization. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and facilitate open communication.
8. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner. Provide guidance and support to managers in handling employee-related matters. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Foster a positive work environment by promoting fair treatment and open dialogue.
Desired qualification and experience:
- MBA /Post Graduate in HR from premier institute is preferred
- 7 to 10 years of experience in handling Business HR process
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skill, ability to work in tight deadlines
