An American global organization, is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join its growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate must live within a 1-hour commute of Goregaon East and be open to occasional travel to the company's offices in Hyderabad and Bangalore. Stability in previous roles is essential, and experience with MNCs, especially Big 4 firms or large financial institutions, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement.

- Drive performance management, compensation benchmarking, and talent development.

- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and maintain best-in-class HR policies.

- Leverage HR analytics to support business decision-making.

- Support change management initiatives and organization-wide projects.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree or relevant HR certification.

- 12+ years in HR, including business partnering and handling a 1000+ employee base.

- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
