Senior Manager - Growth Operations

- We are looking for a high-agency, detail-obsessed Senior Manager to lead Growth Operations across our stores in Bangalore.

- This leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring each store delivers strong unit economics by owning daily execution, store merchandising, brand visibility, and hyperlocal demand generation efforts.

Store Execution & Profitability:

- Lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring SOP adherence and high service quality.

- Use data to drive throughput, resolve issues, and boost store-level profitability.

Merchandising & Brand Visibility:

- Execute category plannograms, offers, and display standards flawlessly. Collaborate with teams to ensure brand visibility and audit compliance.

Traffic Generation & Catchment Activation:

- Plan and run hyperlocal campaigns to increase new and repeat footfall.

- Activate local partnerships and events, tracking ROI to refine strategies.

Dashboards & Reporting:

- Develop clear dashboards for daily performance reviews and insights.

- Set up structured routines for reporting, feedback, and issue escalation.

Build and lead teams:

- The incumbent has to build and manage the team for driving traffic and sales for their network of stores. Mentor and coach the team to deliver on their KRAs and KPIs.

AREA KPI:

- Store Profitability % of stores achieving monthly profitability target

- Daily Execution SOP adherence score across stores (via audits or field checks)

- Merchandising Compliance % adherence to planogram, offer, and visibility execution

- Sales uplift from execution Avg. % sales increase post execution of merchandising or category push

- Traffic Generation No. of walk-ins / footfall per store from catchment activities

- Entrepreneur Engagement NPS / satisfaction score from entrepreneurs managed

- Issue Resolution % of issues flagged and resolved within TAT

- Reporting Discipline % of stores submitting data on time + dashboard accuracy/completeness
