Sr. Manager - Risk Control Group (Forex Management)

Purpose of the Job:

Overviewing Risk Control processes & creating efficient control environment over Risk Management activities (Foreign Exchange & Interest rate - hedges), including compliance with Group policies, Regulatory framework and internal processes.

Deliverables:

- Identify, quantify and monitor all foreign exchange risk exposure of the company across geographies in 20 countries and 15 currencies.

- Review hedging products to minimize and save hedge cost.

- Streamline, implementation, review of Risk Control processes w.r.t. Risk Management activities.

- Compliance with RBI regulations as & when effective

- Monitoring & reporting on compliance with Group policies, internal DoA, governance of the hedging framework.

- Conducting extensive research on G3 and Africa markets and analyzing the same with respect to decisions being taken for hedging the forex exposure.

- Reports Risk (Forex), preparation & review, for Accounting & reporting to Top management

- Support for setting-up Risk/Forex hedging limits with Banks & providing for enabling documents, BR etc.

- Back-office functions for Risk activities including maintenance of hedge transaction details (MIS), Bank confirmations, informing for settlements etc.
