Senior Manager - Finance

- We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Finance to lead our financial planning, reporting, compliance, and control functions.

- This leadership role requires a strong financial acumen, business partnership mindset, and the ability to oversee a high-performing finance team while supporting the company's growth and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, MIS reporting, and variance analysis.

- Lead the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards (IND-AS/IFRS) and statutory regulations.

- Manage internal controls, audit processes, and tax compliance (GST, TDS, income tax, etc.

- Provide actionable insights to management through in-depth financial analysis, risk assessments, and business modeling.

- Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and process improvements to support business scalability.

- Supervise and mentor finance and accounting teams to drive accuracy, efficiency, and ownership.

- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.

- Support strategic initiatives, M&A due diligence, and cross-functional decision-making from a finance perspective.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial control, or FP&A roles, preferably in mid-to-large scale organizations.

- Strong technical knowledge of accounting, tax laws, and financial compliance frameworks.

- Expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Tally; and proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.

- Proven ability to lead teams, collaborate across departments, and present to senior leadership.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Experience in multi-entity or global finance operations is a plus.

- Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or IPO readiness will be an advantage
