Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Estimation (Civil) with 10+ years of experience in EPC or commercial building projects or data center projects. This role involves leading the estimation team to provide accurate cost estimates for large-scale civil projects, managing bids, and ensuring alignment with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the estimation team for EPC and commercial building projects.

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and proposals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review project specifications and ensure accuracy.

Manage costs and perform risk analysis for cost control.

Evaluate subcontractor bids and provide recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in civil construction estimation, with expertise in EPC and commercial building projects.

Strong knowledge of cost estimation techniques, construction methods, and materials.

Proficient in estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam).

Experience managing teams and preparing competitive bids.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering.

Certifications like PMP or RICS are a plus.
