Location: Kolkata HQ,

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle different E-commerce Marketplaces (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Nykaa Fashion, etc)

- Co-ordination with all account managers of marketplaces for Sales, day to day requirements, claims and other related tasks.

- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment

- Listing Management.

- Working in co-ordination with Finance and Audit team and solving various problems and query raised.

- Maintaining business relationship with the category team of various marketplaces.

- Responsible for managing the entire e-commerce presence of company.

- Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance

- Oversee digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media

- Work with the marketing team or manage in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition for won website

- Responsible for payments and reconciliations.

- Planning for promotions and advertisements.

- Responsible for training and development of team.

E-commerce lead role is responsible for developing and implementing effective key account management (KAM) strategy for e-commerce channel.

Driving achievement of sales / growth targets by leveraging effective listing strategies derived basis analytics on market places.

The role holder is also responsible for developing the e-commerce business for Baidyanath by establishing and enhancing relationships with new as well as existing accounts.

Revenue Growth & Market Share:

- Analyse data trends to prepare effective strategies for driving revenue growth in the e-commerce channels, Internal website & B2B)

- Identify growth opportunities in the e-commerce landscape by tapping into newer platforms, ensuring improved market share with existing platforms.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales (value and volume) in the channel by strengthening digital marketing campaigns, promotional schemes etc.

- Collaborate with marketing team, content developers, and website designers etc. to maintain and enhance the content/product descriptions on all marketplaces.

Sales & Order Management:

- Oversee order management/servicing for e-commerce platforms, website as well as B2B ensuring on time deliveries as per agreed terms and conditions.

- Ensure increased customer satisfaction by effectively managing customer complaints and feedback on e-commerce platforms.

- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure sufficient stock levels for servicing e-commerce orders avoiding instances of stock outs.

- Track and monitor competition to keep abreast with market developments.

Account Development and Management:

- Develop and execute account management strategies in the e-commerce channel towards establishing and maintaining relations with key accounts and adding new account and ensuring growth in business.
