Senior Manager - Digital Media Planning
JOB PURPOSE:
Building its core Marketing team, which will be responsible for branding & performance.
Over the next few month/years we plan to aggressively grow our investments in Digital marketing using latest Mar tech & other AI based solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded candidate who wants to work in a highly growing & challenging environment & is passionate about Digital Marketing so as to integrate & transform the entire Marketing function to a digital first team.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Digital Media to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, Engagements, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and the ability to manage a team.
Preference:
First preference will be on Mobile/smartphone category only (marketing agency side work), Followed by Auto.
Further any new edge digital first brand, which has frequent product/SKU launched in a year, so that they have an experience of launching multiple product/portfolio in a year, both as launch as well as sustenance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Efficient Media planning & Execution:
- Assuring 100% alignment of the media strategy & planning
- Assuring the objective of campaign has meet with a 360 degree planning & execution.
- Controlling the outlay of campaign within the RO/EOD and assuring the deliverables with the most optimized way.
- Assuring we establish learning, Hits & Misses of every campaign.
- Team & Partners (Agency/Publishers/tech partners) relationship Management
- Ensure optimal work allocation & redeployment of resources as & when necessary
- Single Point of Contact & responsible for managing, directing, monitoring & evaluating & reviewing agencies day to day work to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the brief, requirement, campaign objective & then translate the same to briefs to external partners.
- Collaborating with agencies, partners, publishers to brief on the campaigns & assure smooth planning, execution & reporting of all the campaigns.
Market research Insight:
- Stay informed about market trends, consumer behaviour & competitor activities in the assigned location providing insights & recommendations to enrich the media planning decisions
- Stay updated on the marketing tools & technologies to identify opportunities for targeting, segmenting, localizing & optimizing the plans.
