- Prior experience in manufacturing and supply chain in areas of operational excellence, digital and analytical used cases, Industry 4.0

- Good understanding of IT-OT architecture including overall ISA 95, data lakes, plant automation, plant network, security protocols and industry standards

Bring your industry experience:

- Experience of working in any of the following industries - Lifesciences, Pharma, Medical devices, Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S), Automotive, Industrial Equipment and deep understanding of detailed business processes, concepts of manufacturing IT and impact of digital on manufacturing

- Be adept at collaborating in a multi-stakeholder environment handling complex digital projects engagements, preferably in a global network

- Leadership skills along with strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills to nurture and inspire team members

- Excellent customer facing capabilities, client relationships & an established track record for selling and delivering high-quality engagements.

Responsibilities:

- Client Delivery: Delivery oversight on client engagements, manage relationships with client leadership, coach teams and deliver compelling and net new offerings while creating significant stakeholder value. Managing engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, defining deliverable content, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client

- Practice Development: Reimagine, build, and transform client business and operations by developing cutting edge assets, tool and methodologies, development of PoV's, research, white papers, support development of Go-to-market offerings

- Sales & Business Development: Responsible for developing new business, driving sales by participating and leading end to end sales origination to conversion process

- People Development: Manage and mentor talented teams of consultants and deep technologists supporting, providing input and guidance into the talent strategy and actively participate in engagement, capability development activities

Your experience counts!

- MBA from IIM/Tier-1 business school

- BE/B.Tech from IIT/NIT/Tier-1 institute

- 12+ years of industry/consulting experience with 7+ years of experience in the consulting/industry in Life science (Pharma Manufacturing, including Generics and Biopharma industry expertise including the regulatory understanding for US and EU market/digital/technology trends

- Should have experience in pharma manufacturing shop-floor, Quality Lab, R&D, conversant with GMP environment

- Should have extensive experience in driving the pharma manufacturing improvement, process improvement, digital transformation in pharma manufacturing

Have working knowledge in at least one of the following:

- Experience in analytics led transformation in pharma manufacturing, digital intervention, production planning and scheduling , SC control Tower.

- Working knowledge in MES (Pharma Suit - Rockwell, WERUM, Siemens/Syncade etc.) in Pharma companies.

- Working knowledge in AWS/Azure platform led smart factory solution, Digital plant architecture, contract manufacturing visibility and management, single platform solution for manufacturing

- Experience in developing new consulting business capabilities within life science

- Demonstrate sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite level or operated at a senior management level in the industry role

- Experienced in managing large teams, multi-stakeholder environments and complex digital projects engagements with a preferred global exposure

- The candidate should have excellent customer-facing capabilities, client relationships & an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements
