Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Management: - Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and plans aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. - Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and market trends. - Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the recruitment team. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide developmental feedback to team members.
