Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Market Linkage Manager with proven expertise in agri market linkages, sales, and import-export business. The candidate will be responsible for driving farmer connect, building B2B/B2C market channels, and enabling growth in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage sales strategies for agriculture-based products.

- Build strong linkages between farmers, traders, processors, and global markets.

- Identify and manage import-export opportunities for agricultural commodities.

- Drive market penetration, partnerships, and strategic alliances.

- Lead a team of business development executives to achieve revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8-15 years of experience in sales, agri market linkage, or import-export.

- Strong exposure to agriculture value chain, commodities, and trade regulations.

- Ability to establish strong connections with farmers, cooperatives, and institutional buyers.

- Excellent negotiation, networking, and business development skills.

- Experience working in a remote leadership role.
