Senior Manager - Customer Analyst/Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a POC for all things Customer Analytics
- Own end-to-end analysis of Customer intrinsic metrics
- Identify the current problem areas with deeper understanding of customer funnel across all key metrics and conduct a forum to discuss + device strategies to find structured solutions for the problem areas with key stakeholders, provide actionable insights to which can be strategically driven to lead Customer Growth & Retention
- Design the overall customer growth strategy in a close collaboration with Acquisition Marketing, Brand Marketing, CRM, Analytics & Product teams
- Focus on various consumer profiles based on gender, affluence, etc.
- Create structured customer growth + retention programs and lead them end to end with the assistance of your team
- Responsible for internal stakeholder management, making presentations, building narratives and approving strategic customer growth directions with leadership
- This is a highly data driven, manager level role to lead a team of 2 contract & 1 full time analyst.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the analytics domain, preferably in e-commerce
- Strong data-driven decision making skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate insights into opportunities.
