Senior Manager - Creative - Tech Startup

We are currently retained by a leading Tech based startup to hire a Senior Manager (Creative) for them. The person will be responsible to ensure that the brand stays current and unique by leading the design and creation of marketing materials for digital platforms, social media, events, and expert articles.

The person will lead creative design by leveraging AI tools for innovation and efficiency, and nurturing creative talent to consistently deliver impactful, brand-aligned campaigns.

Please note this role requires someone who can be hands on and at the same time manage team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Continuously evolve brand expression to ensure relevance and stand out from competitors.

- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies across digital, social, events, and thought leadership.

- Lead the creation of marketing materials aligned with brand standards.

- Actively contribute to project design and execution while offering strategic direction.

- Foster a collaborative culture, optimizing remote team potential and communication.

- Identify and utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and innovation.

- Manage and nurture talent within the creative team.

To fit the bill, you must have:

- 10+ years post BFA in creative leadership in a leading in-house agency having strong track record across channels.

- Strong portfolio showcasing multi-disciplinary marketing and design expertise.

- Excellent strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in design tools and technologies.

- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Hands on expertise in creative design
