Control tower Senior Manager (FLM)

About the Role:

The purpose of this job role is to lead Cluster Managers/Area Managers/Territory Managers through planning, organizing, controlling, coordinating and coaching. The Managers role is to ensure that operations costs of the region are efficiently managed and that the assigned hubs are profitable & the standard operating procedures are adhered by the operations teams of the region at all time.

About the Team:

The Non Large, First and Last Mile team is primarily responsible for the First Mile, Last Mile & Reverse Pickups for Supply Chain [Non-Large]. Within the NL FLM team there is an ADM team which focuses on alternate delivery channels as a brand among customers. Through Reach Expansion Project, the goal is to reach every Indian home to provide a unique e-commerce experience

You are responsible for:

- Execute Variable Cost improvement initiatives, working in close proximity with Zonal Ops, Biz Fin and Design teams.

- Drive fixed Cost reduction related Initiatives along with Cluster GM's & Network teams to leverage infra & deliver YoY reductions.

- Design, deliver, and manage scalable solutions for cost opportunities identified through a data driven approach.

- Build a City level cost improvement Plans & execution of initiatives along with zonal teams

- Build a deep understanding of Cost Levers & execute the Model Mix /Flex Strategy in line with AOP

- To identify levers of improving Wish masters Productivity & earnings, Execution of these programs

- Create the strategy and mechanisms for moving from manual monitoring to scalable, automated processes and reporting.

- To ensure regular program updates to leadership & Ground teams
