Senior Manager - Client Relations - Real Estate/MarTech/AdTech

We are hiring a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Client Relations Manager for a Madtech company specializing in integrated AdTech and MarTech solutions for the real estate sector. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their real estate journey.

- Build and maintain strong relationships, providing tailored solutions based on client needs.

- Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns proactively.

- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Handle client complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.

- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Finance, Operations) to facilitate smooth transactions.

- Maintain accurate client records and ensure complete documentation of transactions.

- Prepare and share reports on client interactions and overall engagement.

- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and industry developments.

- Provide clients with relevant market insights and digital marketing strategies.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in client relations, sales, or customer service, preferably in real estate.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.

- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.

- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite.
