Are you passionate about building long-term client relationships, driving financial growth, and managing large portfolios? We are looking for seasoned Wealth Management professionals to join our leadership team and take charge of high-value client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver customized financial solutions aligned with clients goals.
- Regularly engage with clients through reviews, portfolio updates, and personalized communications.
- Drive AUM growth by acquiring new clients, leveraging referrals, and deepening existing relationships.
- Upsell & cross-sell across wealth products (MFs, PMS, AIF, Insurance, FDs, etc.).
- Share insights on primary & secondary market trends, research updates, and new product offerings.
- Collaborate with regional marketing and product teams for campaigns and investor engagement initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance, documentation, and internal processes.
Must-Have Skills:
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal & client relationship management abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to understand client requirements and design effective solutions.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high emotional stability and professional integrity.
- Strategic thinking to identify opportunities for profitability and portfolio growth.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 712 years of experience in Wealth Management / Financial Planning / Investment Advisory.
- Proven track record of AUM generation (minimum 30 Cr).
- Hands-on exposure across wealth instruments: Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, FDs, etc.
- Relevant industry certifications will be an added advantage.
- A client-first approach with the ability to deliver sustainable results.
