Senior Manager - Business Finance - FMCG

Requirement-

- Lead a team in preparing accurate and timely MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management and business teams.

- Develop and maintain financial projections and models, factoring in business drivers and market trends.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all financial reports.

- Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, and present actionable insights.

- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other functions to provide financial guidance and track KPIs.

- Drive process improvements, automation, and dashboard development for efficient reporting.

- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

- Oversee team deliverables, manage workloads, and provide coaching/mentoring to team members.

- Present financial insights and business trends in management review meetings.

Required Skills / Competencies

- Strong expertise in Financial Analysis & Reporting

- Proficiency in Budgeting, Forecasting, Supply Chain Finance, MIS Reporting, Plant Costing and Variance Analysis

- Solid knowledge of Accounting Principles (GAAP/IFRS)

- Hands-on experience in Cash Flow Management & Costing

- Supply Chain Finance exposure preferred

- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power BI)

- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams & stakeholders

- Leadership skills with experience in team management

- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
