Our client, a well-established e-commerce platform is looking for a Senior Manager- Business Finance to help them in driving this impact by powering financial decisions that make a real difference. You will be working closely with business units to guide how and where to invest resources.

What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with business units on strategy, marketing roadmaps, and operations

- Offer financial insights that influence key business decisions

- Co-own OKRs and build Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) to meet them

- Identify risks and opportunities to support business goals

- Create financial plans through a strong bottom-up approach

- Regularly review financial performance vs. plans

- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to drive visibility and action

- Perform scenario analysis for product or business initiatives

Requirements:

- 1st Attempt Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master's degree in Finance from a Tier 1 college

- 7-10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in Business Finance

- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

- Team handling experience
