Senior Manager - Business Development
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Incumbent will be responsible for understanding the markets, evaluating potential deals and partners, supporting technical and legal due diligence, and concluding transactions independently.
- Incumbent shall be responsible for independently sourcing plotted deals (in NCR and nearby tier-2 cities of North India), negotiating, and closing commercial terms with landowners on an outright or joint development basis.
- This is done through lead identification, conducting feasibility analysis, detailed market research, financial modeling, project evaluation, negotiation with JV partners, ensuring legal checks and documentation, and deal finalization.
- The candidate will be independently handling real estate investments and business development activities and would be responsible for making sound investments with high ROI for the company.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5-6 years of real estate business development experience and should have worked on closing at least 2-3 transactions.
- The candidate should be well-rounded in terms of analytical and softer skills, along with high aptitude, as both are important aspects of the job.

Responsibilities:
1. Financial Modeling and Analysis:
- Conducts detailed financial analysis for the lead using financial modeling templates.
- Provides estimates on revenue, profitability, investment, and IRR analysis.
2. Land Sourcing/Identification:
- Generates leads by networking with International Property Consultants (IPC), financial institutions.
