Job Title: Senior Manager - Business Development & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence Contribution: Assist in gathering and analyzing market intelligence to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively generate new leads through various channels and efficiently convert assigned leads and referrals into successful business.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Execute defined sales strategies to achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
- New Business Identification: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential strategic partners, demonstrating a strong "hunter" approach.
- End-to-End Sales Operations: Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting to contract signing, ensuring 100% order fulfillment and strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Performance Data Analysis: Analyze personal sales performance data, prepare and deliver strategic pitches to prospective clients.
- Account Management: Cultivate and grow assigned key accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Operations to support sales initiatives and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Team Contribution (Performance-Based): Based on performance and business needs, may take on responsibilities for mentoring or guiding junior team members.
Preferred Expertise & Qualifications:
Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in the digital payment space.
Industry Background: Proven track record of success in a relevant role within tier-1 payment companies/banks like Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Billdesk, HDFC, ICICI, Paytm, or similar.
Payments Domain Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Nodal & Escrow accounts.
- Basic knowledge of MCC (Merchant Category Code), PCI-DSS Compliance, and SSL protocols.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate solutions to various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote setting.
Education: Any Non-Technical Bachelor's degree.
All-Rounder Profile: Exposure to extracurricular activities and a demonstrated "all-rounder" profile is highly preferred
