Senior Manager - Business Analysis - Pharmacovigilance Application

About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager - Business Analysis with specialized expertise in Life Sciences IT and Clinical Applications.

- This role requires deep knowledge of Patient Recruitment Platforms, Clinical Data Management Applications (RAVE, Oracle LSH, CTMS, CDMS, etc. ), and Pharmacovigilance systems (Argus, ARISg).

- The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring solutions align with clinical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with clients to analyze business needs and translate them into solution requirements for Life Sciences IT systems.

- Define business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications for Clinical and Pharmacovigilance applications.

- Act as a subject matter expert in clinical applications such as Oracle LSH, eCTD, RAVE, Argus, and ARISg.

- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business use cases into technical requirements and guide solution design.

- Prepare documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, business rules, analytics plans, and quality checklists.

- Conduct functionality testing and assist in UAT to ensure deliverables meet client requirements.

- Work with end clients and internal stakeholders to deploy new initiatives and enhancements.

- Provide recommendations and thought leadership on features, functionalities, and process improvements.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in pharma/life sciences IT solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong focus on Pharma and Life Sciences industry.

- Hands-on experience with Clinical Applications:

- Patient Recruitment Platforms

- Clinical Data Management (RAVE, Oracle LSH, CTMS, CDMS)

- Pharmacovigilance applications (Argus, ARISg)

- Strong knowledge of application development lifecycle in Life Sciences IT.

- Understanding of Java technologies to effectively work with technical teams.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

- Experience in clinical trials or regulatory-driven environments preferred
