About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing consumer brand, is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager Brand & Strategy to shape and execute its brand vision. This is a high-impact leadership role that blends strategy, innovation, and execution, offering the opportunity to influence the companys growth trajectory directly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive new product development and manage the product portfolio.
- Lead consumer insights and market research to inform strategy.
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, and influencer platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report brand performance to ensure ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align brand goals with business outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
What Were Looking For
- 6 - 7 years of experience in brand management, new product development, or marketing strategy (FMCG/FMCD preferred).
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or Business (Tier 1 colleges preferred).
- Proven ability to lead brand initiatives end-to-end with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills, consumer-first mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
