Senior Manager - BFSI Operations

- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in people management, process improvement, and strategic project execution.

- This role is crucial for leading high-performing teams, managing transitions, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- People Management & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team.

- You will be responsible for building a strong team culture, setting clear performance goals, and ensuring professional development.

- BFSI Domain Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of the BFSI sector to guide teams and manage complex operational processes.

- Process & Quality Improvement: Drive process excellence using methodologies like Six Sigma and the Green Belt framework.

- You will identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.

- Project & Transition Management: Oversee and manage large-scale transitions and projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to closure.

- You will be responsible for planning, tracking, and delivering on project objectives.

- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to align operational goals with business objectives and ensure smooth project delivery.

Skills:

Management & Leadership:

- Proven expertise in People Management.

- Strong project management skills, with certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 being a plus.

Domain & Technical:

- Extensive knowledge of the BFSI domain.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Experience with SharePoint for collaboration and document management.

Methodologies:

- A background in process improvement using Six Sigma and a Green Belt certification.

Experience & Education:

Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a management role, preferably within the BFSI sector.

- Education: A Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.

- An MBA or a related master's degree is highly preferred.

- Notice Period: CSNP (Current Serving Notice Period)
