Summary:
- We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager, Reward & Insights to lead the development and execution of our total rewards strategy for Hyderabad. This is a key role responsible for driving competitive, equitable, and locally relevant reward programs, while ensuring alignment with global frameworks. The individual will need to partner closely with the Global Reward Team, business leaders, People Partners, and other Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver meaningful compensation, benefits, and workforce insights.
The person will also manage a team, overseeing a Reward Partner and Reward Administrator to ensure operational excellence and analytical rigor.
Key Responsibilities:
Reward Strategy & Design:
- Develop and implement a reward strategy for the Hyderabad site that supports talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
- Align local reward practices with global compensation frameworks and business needs.
- Drive the deployment of a robust job levelling and job architecture framework across Hyderabad roles.
- Provide in-depth analysis of compensation, benefits, and other people data to offer insights into the effectiveness of reward programs
Compensation & Benchmarking:
- Lead annual and ad-hoc compensation benchmarking to ensure competitiveness with the external market and internal equity.
- Provide strategic input into salary reviews, promotions, and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with global reward teams to maintain consistency in reward structures while adapting to local market conditions.
Benefits Design & Implementation:
- Work with Global Benefits Team to identify, assess, and roll out employee benefits that are relevant, valued, and market-competitive.
- Ensure effective vendor management, compliance, and communication around benefit offerings.
- Oversee benefits administration, ensuring high quality delivery and smooth processing of benefits.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a key advisor to Hyderabad leadership, People Partners, and global reward teams on all aspects of total rewards.
- Act as a bridge between global reward strategies and local execution.
- Collaborate with Global Reward, HRBPs, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on reward programs and reporting needs.
Insights & Analytics:
- Deliver monthly insights and dashboards for the HR & Country Leader, focused on key workforce metrics, reward trends, and people analytics.
- Design and manage dashboards and automated reporting tools for key stakeholders and provide regular insights to help guide talent decisions.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and develop a team, including a Reward Partner and Reward Administrator.
- Provide coaching, clear goals, and performance development to support operational and strategic delivery
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits
- Some experience of People metrics & Insights, ideally within a multinational or matrixed organization.
- Strong knowledge of Indian compensation and benefits practices, including statutory requirements.
- Experience with job architecture, levelling frameworks, and market benchmarking.
- Proven ability to produce data-driven insights and present findings to senior leadership.
- Experience managing a team, with a focus on development and performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Excel, HRIS systems (e.g., Workday), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in HR is desirable
