About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager / Associate Director Program Management to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills to ensure successful delivery of complex projects aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end program management for multiple high-impact initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

- Partner with leadership teams to define program vision, strategy, goals, and success metrics.

- Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, business, and other stakeholders to achieve program objectives.

- Establish and enforce program governance, processes, risk management, and reporting frameworks.

- Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor/partner coordination where required.

- Provide visibility into program progress and risks through dashboards, status updates, and executive presentations.

- Mentor and guide project managers and team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- Influence strategic decisions by bringing insights, identifying dependencies, and resolving escalations.

Qualifications & Experience

- 10 - 15 years of program/project management experience with a proven track record of managing large, complex initiatives.

- Strong understanding of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environments.

- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.

- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
