Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Financial Risk Management - Life Insurance

Location: Remote.

Experience: 6-8 years.

Industry: Life Insurance.

Function: Risk, Actuarial, Capital Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the effectiveness of the Financial Risk Management (FRM) framework.

- Lead ALM and Economic Capital reporting and continuously enhance strategies.

- Guide Risk & Capital Committee (RCC) and support high-level decision-making.

- Oversee liquidity and mismatch risk with a proactive, strategic approach.

- Review product pricing and validate high-risk models.

- Timely escalation of significant risk events and ensure closure of model gaps.

What We're Looking For:

- 6-8 years of relevant experience.

- Qualified or nearly qualified Actuary (IAI / IFoA).

- Exposure to ALM, Market Consistent Valuation, Economic Capital.

- Strong command over insurance liability modelling and risk policies.

- Analytical thinker with strong communication and leadership skills.
