Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Deal Execution

Job Description Responsibility:

Deal Execution:

- Lead execution of IPO mandates from start to finish, including due diligence, regulatory filings, marketing, and listing.

- Coordinate with internal teams (origination, legal, compliance, research, sales) and external advisors (lawyers, auditors, registrars. etc.).

- Ensure timely preparation and submission of all offer documents - DRHP, RHP and related filings with SEBI, stock exchanges, and ROC.

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:

- Stay up-to-date with SEBI, MCA, and stock exchange requlations related to IPOs and public offerings.

- Manage regulatory queries, observations, and approvals with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

Accountability:

The person taking up this role would be accountable for

- Ensure 100% timely and accurate reporting of all material Data

- Liason wth third parties incuding consultants, exchanges, regulators

- Conducting Financial & Legal Due Dilgence

- Drafting of DRHP /Offer Letters / Placement documents

Competencies

- Should have a good industry retwork including requkotors and other authorities

- Strong entrepreneurial, interpersonal and networkng skills

- Expertise in Issue Management

Skills Requred:

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.

- Excelent communication and presentation abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
