
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Manager/AVP - Business Development to join our Client Coverage - Financial Services team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate sector and a proven track record of driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and executing complex deals from start to finish. This role requires a strategic thinker who is adept at creating new business opportunities and leveraging technology to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development for Monitoring Assignments: Drive aggressive business development efforts to secure new monitoring assignments within the real estate sector. Identify and pursue new opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including financial institutions, real estate developers, and investors. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that create significant value.
Tech Solutions Acquisition & Management: Identify, evaluate, and acquire new technology solutions that can enhance our service offerings and provide a competitive advantage. Oversee the implementation and integration of these solutions to improve efficiency and client service.
New Business Creation: Proactively identify and create new business opportunities beyond traditional offerings. Develop and execute strategies to enter new markets, target new client segments, and launch new services that align with market demands and company goals.
Client-Centric Solutions: Design and propose customized, client-centric solutions that address specific pain points and strategic objectives of our clients. Work closely with internal teams to ensure these solutions are delivered effectively and exceed client expectations.
End-to-End Deal Execution: Manage the entire deal lifecycle, from initial lead generation and client engagement to negotiation, contract finalization, and post-deal follow-up. Ensure all deals are executed smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Strategic Communication: Prepare and deliver professional presentations, reports, and communications to both internal stakeholders and external clients. Articulate the value proposition of our services clearly and persuasively, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed throughout the process.
Qualifications
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in business development or a similar client-facing role within the real estate sector.
Education: An MBA from a reputable institution is required.
Skills: Proven expertise in business development, sales, and relationship management. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a keen ability to understand complex business needs and propose innovative solutions.
Attributes: A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Must be results-driven, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
