Senior Manager - Analytics

Responsibilities :

1. You will be a work on solving some of the cutting edge problems analyticsally for a Nifty 50 company with a market cap of 1 Lakh Cr.

2. You will analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

3. You will build data models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.

4. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions effectively.

5. You will work with senior clients on important business problems like a consultant.

Requirements:

1. 5 to 10 years in core ML modeling expertise. Eg: Building regression, clustering, random forest models etc.

2. Expertise of building marketing models for Retail / FMCG / E commerce companies is a must

3. Expertise in Python

4. Team leading prowess and ability to handle multiple clients in a consultative manner.

5. Understanding of BFSI sector.

6. Premier education and a problem solving attitude.
