Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute a forward-thinking L&D strategy that supports company objectives and addresses future skill needs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the L&D team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and demonstrate a clear return on investment.
Training & Program Management:
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of a wide range of training programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and compliance courses.
- Identify training needs through collaboration with department heads, performance reviews, and employee feedback.
- Implement a blend of learning solutions, including e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Ensure all training content is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with modern learning principles.
Desired:
- Proven experience in developing and executing an L&D strategy.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and a variety of training methodologies.

- Able to manage and facilitate learning events in in-person, virtual and asynchronous training delivery methods
- Understanding of learning theory, best practices for training environments, classroom management techniques, and course evaluation.
