This role is best suited for professionals with strong expertise in data privacy and a proven track record of handling critical compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of privacy frameworks across business functions.
- Manage data privacy incidents and ensure timely resolution in compliance with regulations.
- Develop, review, and enforce privacy policies and procedures.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive awareness and compliance in day-to-day operations.
- Provide guidance on legal and regulatory requirements related to data protection.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data privacy, audits, and risk management practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or related functions.
- LLB qualification (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with privacy implementation, frameworks, and incident management.
- Strong understanding of data protection laws and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
