Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of key accounts, acting as their trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, expand our footprint within existing clients, and identify new opportunities.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to understand client business needs, identify pain points, and propose tailored IT Infrastructure and System Integration solutions.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our diverse range of offerings, including Infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage), Networking Solutions, Security Solutions, System Integration Solutions, Mobility Solutions, and Cloud Computing Solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement and solution development to negotiation and successful closure of sales deals.
- Demonstrate expertise in solution selling, particularly within the realm of IT Infrastructures, Data Center Solutions, and System Integration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives (CTOs, CIOs, etc.) within key accounts.
- Proven competency in handling large, complex customers and consistently closing large-size deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and account information.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including technical -sales, delivery, and support, to ensure seamless client experience.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and industry developments in IT Infrastructure and System Integration.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-9 years of direct sales and key account management experience within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully selling Infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage), Networking Solutions, Security Solutions, System Integration Solutions, Mobility Solutions, and Cloud Computing Solutions.
- Demonstrable experience in solution selling, specifically focusing on IT Infrastructures, Data Center Solutions, and System Integration.
- Adept at handling C-level transactions and building strong relationships with CTOs, CIOs, and other senior executives.
- Proven competencies in managing large, complex customers and consistently closing large-size deals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand client business challenges and translate them into effective IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close complex sales deals.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
