- The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of automotive systems, supply chain dynamics, and the ability to navigate complex customer structures.
- Manage and grow strategic partnerships with major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Develop and implement effective account management strategies to drive business growth.
- Negotiate global commercial agreements and contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, and customers.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA or equivalent).
- 10+ years of experience in key account management within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record managing OEM and/or Tier 1 customers such as Volkswagen, Ford, Stellantis, BMW, Daimler, Bosch, Magna, etc.
